Production Workshop: Jerry Henry

Award-winning filmmaker and cinematographer Jerry Henry will conduct a production workshop. He will be discussing various aspects of production including shooting, lighting, audio.

Jerry Henry is an award-winning filmmaker and director of photography. He has served as a cinematographer/ producer for over 100 reality television and documentary programs. He completed the behind the scenes videos for Terry Zwigoff’s film “Art School Confidential,” director Ham Tran’s “Journey from the Fall” in Thailand and New Line Cinema’s “Fracture” starring Anthony Hopkins and Ryan Gosling. He shot two documentaries with the Academy Award Winning director Sam Mendes for his film “Jarhead” starring Jamie Foxx and Jake Gyllenhaall. He served as Director of Photography for director Grace Lee’s “The Grace Lee Project” and served as camera operator for David Zeiger’s award winning film “Sir No Sir!”
His credits also include producer/ cinematographer on 9 episodes of “Engaged & Underage” for MTV News & Docs. Jerry recently shot the Academy Award nominated and critically acclaimed documentary “Exit Through The Gift Shop” by notorious street artist Banksy. He holds the M.F.A. in film and television from UCLA.
